Decision Layer Labs is a workshop for practical tools, local automations, and focused web assets.
Not every problem needs a platform. Some problems need a sharp instrument: a meter, a wizard, a small local helper, or a simple page that makes the right signal easier to see.
The shop starts with the same question every time: what signal is being missed, what decision is being delayed, and what small tool would reduce the friction?

AI CONTROL PLANE- Stewart is a local-first AI build-control layer for coordinating ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Git, local models, and project files around real software work. It converts operator intent into scoped build lanes, YAML handoff packets, source/output contracts, proof logs, permission gates, and drift reports so agentic work stays auditable, bounded, and aligned with the human governing authority.
